THE Movement100 Days of Workouts is a movement created to motivate people to live an active lifestyle. The idea behind the movement was created by Katherine Davis, Ms. 100 Days of Workouts, as a personal challenge for herself. On May 1, 2015, Katherine decided that she was going to workout for at least 30 minutes a day for 100 consecutive days. Little did she know that by posting her workouts daily on social media, she would inspire hundreds of people to get active.
