I Did It!
"After 20 plus years of friendship with Katie, Ms. 100 Days of Workouts, she still never ceases to amaze me. I remember her first round of 100 DOW and was truly amazed at her commitment despite the fact I kept asking her "But why are you doing this" ? Next was round two, and once again Katie stayed committed and made it fun. So when round three came around, I wanted in on the action! 100 DOW made me learn so much about myself. I had to push myself on days that I didn't want to workout and be creative enough to keep it interesting, along with ensuring I would see results at the end. I lost 20 lbs and several inches while gaining confidence and motivation to keep going! I am now ready for my second round of 100 DOW! My goal is to push myself harder, do some 5K races and even some of those spin classes Katie attends! There is nothing to lose but weight and bad habits. 100 DOW is truly a movement that I am proud to be apart of it!"

"Hello! My name is MarQ Freeman, and I have been friends with Katie for many years, watching her keep fit and motivating others to do the same. I am 36 yrs old and have tried to work out many times; but after maybe 2 good weeks, I would always give up. This time, I joined the #100daysofworkouts challange following Ms. 100 Days of Workouts. Yes, it was hard at first during my first round to find ways to stay focused on getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in a day, but Katie, Ms. 100 Days of Workouts and the rest of the group, we were able to motivate each other to continue and press forward! When I started this challenge, I was 345 lbs. I am now down to 285 lbs! I have a long way to go but with the continued support, I believe and know I will make it and so will you!"
