I'm talking about WATER!! Everyone likes a friend that offers extra benefits, right? With the holidays (aka-an excuse not to get healthier) behind us and better habits on our minds, it's time to trade-in at least two of those bottles of wine for bottles of water. Ok, maybe not trade-in the wine, but definitely add the water. I know, I know, I know, you're probably tired of hearing about how water is everything! Well, IT IS!!

unwanted pounds. Water helps you to feel full... you feel full, you don't eat...Now, this is a diet trick I can get behind!

The amount of water a person needs per day varies according to you which blog you have read or which episode of Dr. Oz you have watched. Whether you decide to drink 8 glasses, 64 oz., or half your body weight in ounces, is up to you. But to help keep you hydrated… Just drink water ALL OF THE TIME!
Get in the habit of keeping a water bottle with you at all times. This leaves no room for excuses! If the taste starts to bore you, spice it up by making what I like to call a water cocktail! Squeeze in a little citrus or add fruit! This can really help with the taste and even add more benefits.
